Facebook's "people you may know" list?

Recently my crush’s older sister has been popping up on my “people you may know” list. Shes usually at the top and shows up every day and we only have 3 mutual friends. We know each other cuz she was with us when my crush and I hungout at her college. We’re muslim, so her bro or sis had to come. Ik this is messed up and I will stop doing this, but I kinda lurked on my crush’s older bro and sis’ profiles. But weird thing is her bro never showed up on my ppl u may know list even though we have like 20 mutual friends. And my best friend’s older sis showed up on my list even tho ive never been on her profile and we only have 1 mutual friend. But I added my bffs sis just recently cuz shes my friends sis. So does it seem like my crush’s sis might be lurking on my profile? Her bro never shows up on the list and I also lurked his profile and we have 20 mutual friends while her sis shows up frequently and we have 3 mutual friends
