Is there any way to remove unused apps in the Facebook Activity Log?

I want to remove those apps from the app section in the Activity Log, is there any way to do that?

I don't mean when you go to Settings > Account Settings > Apps and then remove it from there, I mean I want so those apps don't show up in that Activity Log list. I don't use any of those apps, I've already deleted/unlinked them from my account via the Apps section in the Account Settings.

Is it possible?
