How can I create a relationship status on Facebook that only me and my girlfriend can see?
I went to customize who could view it and on the top where it says Share This With I chose Specific People or lists and chose her. I went to don't share this with and typed in Everyone. Is Everyone the public? How can I set it so only her and I see it if I'm wrong? It's just too much for us to tell others.

Set its privacy to "Only Me" and tell your gf to do the same on her side. Thus only you two will be able to see your relationship status.

No you are not wrong. That is the way of it. But you don't need to type "Everyone" in the don't share this with. Leave it blank. Only type your girlfriend's Name on Specific People or lists.
And yes you can hide it from your Timeline by going to your profile. Just click on the Edit button above the post and then click "hide from timeline". Best of Luck !! |
