Facebook account temporarily unavailable?

Around noon yesterday I tried to access my Facebook account, and when I enter my login info a page comes up titled "Spam Warning" with a paragraph about how I must have pasted sensitive info about my Facebook account on a fake website. It said my account started spreading spam, but not to worry because Facebook has secured my account. I was able to figure out how to change my login information, and I was prompted to also change my login information for my email addresses associated with my account. However, once I had completed this process I was still unable to access my account. The same "Spam Warning" page would come up when I tried to login. I read something about having to wait 24 hours to access your account as an extra security precaution, but at this point it has been 24 hours and I'm still unable to login.

This has never happened to me before, I've had my Facebook account for almost 5 years now. And I never pasted info about my FB account on any fake site. I was locked out yesterday morning and I can't think of anything I did before then which would have caused this to happen.

Has anyone had the same problem? Should I wait a little longer, or contact Facebook support, or change my login info again?

I am also having the exact same problem. Its been almost impossible to find an answer. Help would be greatly appreciated!!
