how to email yahoo for email help!?

not so long ago, i was actually being able to chat with yahoo help live online. but now it seems that i can't even email yahoo for email help any more!

what is going on here? and how can find a way to email yahoo for help!

and who can help me to find out where all my yahoo emails are stored? because i am using a different language version of yahoo.

The email address is no longer available. Below is how you might contact Yahoo..Most users get an answer by posting a question on this site...As far as email storage Yahoo does not have any limitation on how many you have stored wherever...unless you deleted them...they are in the inbox, folders, etc.
