Can they still see this on their Newsfeed?
I have my Facebook account set so that I have to approve what shows up on my Timeline and say, for example, I was tagged in my dad's photo. If I didn't approve it in my Activity Log (so it was hidden from my Timeline) but I didn't remove the tag, would the photo I was tagged in still show up on my friends' Newsfeed?

It'll probably show up on his newsfeed and if your friends has him as a friend, they'll see it.
