Can't log into my FB account?

Hey everyone, so in the last few days I send alot friend request to people, today when I was on fb it loged me out, then when I tried to log in, there was a warning, that I only should add people who I know in real life, I was like ok, I understand, continue, but then it loged me out again, and when I tried to log it, and type my password there and it just does not responded, or just the box where you type your password it just refresh itself and nothing happens, what have I tried to fix it or activate it:
1.Used a different browser, which I just downloaded
2. Send a e-mail with a new password, but I havent got any email from FB
3. Used a different NTB

This is what it says on my phone:
"Sorry an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. ([190] Error validation access token : You cannot acces the app till you log in to http://www.facebook.com and follow the instructions gives"

I havent got any message that I was banned or something like that, no instructions either, so whats going on ?

Facebook is retarded, here's why: 1) they think you are a hacker just because you sent friend requests too fast and too many. 2) You try to contact Facebook staff by emailing them but Facebook NEVER responds. 3) You report a photo that is obviously a violation of Facebook rules and they NEVER do anything to remove it. So in other words, Facebook is violating their own rules and you get in trouble. Bottom line, use Facebook as little as you can.
