Question about new design of facebook 2013 ?

Ok so i heard that facebook team now working now on new design, and some peoples says its great you can check it out here --> https://www.facebook.com/about/newsfeed well i love it too, but some peoples says that fb may be cancel this or may be launch in 3 or 4 months but i saw my friends facebook home pages they already got this new design but mines doesn't have it yet why ? is there any download option on some site ? or should i wait for it ? i'm sad cause i don't have it but my all friends got this new, why i don't have it ?

Is facebook team really making new design ?

No downloads. It can't be downloaded. Everyone on Facebook should have the new design soon. If you want to get it earlier, you can sign up for the waiting list

You can find the "Join Waiting List" here >> https://www.facebook.com/about/newsfeed .
Log In to your Facebook account and click it. Then you will be in the waiting list. So that you can get it bit earlier.
