Facebook Changing Birthday?

Ok, so as you probably know, a lot of kids lie about the year they where born to get on Facebook, I got mine when I was 10, and its my 13th birthday now, and Facebook says its my birthday but I'm in " about" where you can change it, and when I try to switch it to 2000, its says "I confirm I am 12" why does if say this if its my 13th birthday and I was born in 200?

You were born in 200? I'm pretty sure you'd be old enough for Facebook by the time it came out if you were born by then.

And the thing about your birthday is that in real life, you only have one birthday, since you're really only born one time. You'll have to stay 10 forever.
