my facebook keeps sending spam out?

over the past few months my page has creates groups then adds all my friends to them and sends spammy links to my friends in chat,

ive ran malwarebytes and windows spyware and it has removed a 2 trojan's a few days ago but,
about an hour go it upload a status saying i lost 11lbs in 2 weeks then gave a link.

why does this keep happening ? is my account a bot ? should i delete my account and make a new one ?
ive changed my email and password several times and still continues
oh by the way, i myself clicked on a spammy link months ago and it said to update adobe player and i downloaded it (i know i shouldnt have, i wasnt thinking)

Change your password! Change it to something you can remember but hard! Use numbers & letters, maybe a capital letter if your comfortable with using one. such as h3lloMoto or Broken7Harmony.. really anything that is not easy to guess, and simply complicated.
