When I check my emails I have several emails from facebook activity

Go to your account settings and turn off notifications from facebook. Uncheck not to receive emails.

Go to your facebook page, click on settings, then general settings then from there choose to remove your email address, you will be asked to verify your facebook password. I hope that helped.
