Can people see if I looked at their Facebook Group?

Well there was this group on facebook that I'm not part of but I checked out their page. It shows the names of people who have seen the posts, so does that only include members or can they see that I saw the posts? I'm kind of freaked out, because I think a couple of the people on there might think I'm stalking them if they see that I looked at the page
