My Facebook profile picture doesn't open?

I had my profile picture in a month or less and I changed it by mistake
Then I tried to change my old picture and now when someone goes to my profile and the picture is there but it doesn't open.
It opens when you go to the album of profile pictures..
? How can I fix that? I know people say it will take a while
But it took really long time and it still doesn't open?
