How can I restore my facebook backup to my new account?
I have downloaded a copy of my info from facebook and now I need to restore it to my new account
I really need help fast because I already lost my main account.

You cannot restore any data to a Facebook account automatically. You can restore:
a) Your photos by reuploading them to new account
b) Friends - by getting to their current profile from your backup and inviting them to be friends to your new account (they have to accept all over again)
c) Your profile, but cutting from backup and pasting into new account
All posts, messages, etc cannot be restored as they apply to a past time.
