Can I share a friends facebook album so it shows in my album list, and not just on my timeline?

I'm looking to share my wedding photo album. My wife has uploaded all 240 pictures, and I'd like to have the album in my own album list too. Sharing the album just seems to show it on my timeline.

I expect it's not possible through Facebook, but is there an app (I'm using Android) that could do this? I've found one that downloads an album, but as I already have all the pics, I don't want to do this!

Sorry it's just not possible. it is their album. it's basically copy write to a certain extent
