No, not everyone has signed. The VAST majority of the world population couldn't care less. After reading your question, I have no clue who Lupe Fiasco is, and still don't care.

Already signed it, glad to see there's so many people supporting Lupe, but why would you post this in Politics & Government? You'd probably get more people who knew what they were talking about (unlike the guy who answered before me) if you posted this in the Rap/Hip-Hop section.
