Help! How to remove spam from fb page?

I was on facebook the other day and I clicked on that nicki minaj s3x tape thing because I was curious....but when it opened it only showed a picture....I couldn't access the video because I wasn't signing into anything to show my age..I'm 20 btw....now when I only saw the picture I clicked out of it...but then spam showed up on some if not all (I really hope not all because I have 1000+ friends) walls and it showed up in all the things I commented on for that day...I manually went back and deleted and removed the spam from the pages that I saw...that happened days ago and now I went on another friends page and saw it there and I deleted it.....is there a way for me to get rid of all this spam or do a have to deactivate my account to make it disappear?

Please help me....I'm tired of people keep asking me "what's this".......it has my name plastered all over the facebook with it.....

I can't do what you suggested @Bobby Nik..because it wasn't an app so it seems because it's not in my list....It was just a video..or maybe I removed it from my wall and tried to remove it from everyone's walls...but it seems it's still on some people's walls..I guess I should just forget about it....It happened on May 2nd I guess most people may have forgotten it by now.....

At first, before opening the link, you have been asked for permission from some facebook app.
Then you should allow it to see what's in that link. Right...?

Remind which app has got permission for that and remove and block that application.
And be careful, almost 90% of facebook apps are spam only...!
