Can I legally advertise on Facebook?

So my mom started a new business and needs a way to attract customers. I took pictures of what she sells and I want to put them on Facebook and where they can find the store. Are there any legal issues with that?

Facebook sells advertising. On the right side of the screen, there are some sponsored ads and you will see "Create Ad". That brings you to the screen that you can actually create the ads that you want.

Another way is for your mom to make a Facebook page for the store and take lots of pictures. She could post at least once a day and you could "Like" the page so the new posts appear on your page. Then you could share that post so more people will see it. Have your friends "Like" the page also so THEIR friends will also see it. Word will spread.
