Im in charge of social media? What do I do?

So my boss has made me in charge of managing my company's social media. ie: update Twitter, make facebook page, write blog entries, and make videos for youtube. I'm a pretty tech savvy person but normally I'm a graphic designer.

Can anyone point me to some good resources to learn how to do this stuff effectively?
