Like on pages they say "like this and you will get a special" I want to know thanks

Just "specials" from certain advertisers on facebook. Just like you see "specials" at Sears or Walmart in the newspaper's advertising section, facebook also has businesses that advertise their products or services if you'll just "like" them.
