Why facebook shows up in "People you may know" list foreign people?

People who play FB games like Farmvile often add random people who also play it, so they can get more points. So the foreign people that come up are from you FB gaming friends.

FB is scandelous ! They even tell you people you know send you game challenges when they do not. Its all linked to gather intel for government agencies. Maybe just recomended persons. It also happened to me. Some random users' statuses pop up on my facebook timeline. I mean, they're not even in my friend list, and i didn't subscribed them. Facebook sucks ya know lol.
