When I tag someone in my photo/status on Facebook how do I stop their friend seing my status?
ok I want my Facebook account as safe secure and private as possible, I only want my friends to see my photos/status' so when I tag a friend in my status or photo I don't really want others seeing my status unless I'm friends with them.

• which setting do u suggest I change so that when I tag someone their friends can't see it?

• what should I change the setting to?

I don't need a lecture on if I don't wish for people to see things don't put them on a social networking site as that is not the case, I am doing this so my ex boyfriend can't spy on me (blocking is not an option as he just makes a new account) also so I don't get messages off strange men.

if u could please explain step by step I will be more than happy, thanks

Block their friend. Only way if you are going to tag your friend.

When you update your status/upload a photo there is a little earth icon and next to that it says 'Public' click it then it says 'Friends' 'Only Me' and 'Custom' choose 'Friends' that means even if you tag your friends, only your friends list can see it, not your friends, friends

Go to your privacy settings and select "who can tag me" or see anything about me, select "friends only".
