Some people have a green circle next to their name meaning they're online. Sometimes people have a mobile phone sign and sometimes people have a mobile phone sign and for example ''8m'' written next to it. What do those mean?

The ones with the phone sign means they're either online on their phone , or they have Facebook on their phone.

The ones with 8m (8 minutes) means they were online 8 minutes ago. Hope I've helped

A green circle means that they're online now. A mobile with 8m next to it means that they're using a phone to access fb and were active 8 minutes ago. A mobile phone on its own means that they're using a phone to access fb but haven't been active for 24 hours:-)
