I sold my ipad to someone and I forgot to delete my twitter and skype off of it, how would I get it off without contacting her? Could i change the username or password? Would that stop her from getting my notifacations?

The only thing you could do is change your Twitter and Skype passwords. You don't need to change the user name too.
