Yes, go to edit album and there should be an arrow at the top of the photo. Click, and choose which album you would like to move it to.

Yes its Possible Go To the Album Than Edit your Album Click on the Arrow than Click On Move to Other Album Than Select the Album that you Want to Move it to and your Good
