Why can't I sign my mom up for Facebook?

I've been trying to sign my mom up for facebook for the last 3 days but, there's a problem. After I enter in her name, email address, and desired password, it brings us to a screen where we are supposed to enter in the captcha. So, we enter in the captcha but, there is no submit button below the captcha so we can enter in our data. We've tried just hitting the enter button after submitting her data but, it just makes a pinging sound when we do that so, what gives? There is no submit button and hitting enter is not working. We have tried signing her up using IE, Firefox, and Safari, and still, the same problem is arising on all 3 browsers. Is there a glitch with facebook right now?

Try Google Chrome if It Doesint Work On There Than Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to them
