You absolutely should. Create it, post the menu, advertise it in the shop and offer special coupons for Facebook users. Facebook is a valuable tool for marketing your sort of business.

Maybe. Although I personally think Twitter is the way forward. Facebook can be confusing for some people, and is not as straight forward as posting a menu, unless you create a specially designed, Facebook authorised page.

Advertise that you are on twitter in your shop windows etc. Continuously update your twitter feed, posting offers, new items and so on. Keep it clean and simple, It will soon become a talking point if advertised and executed correctly.
