I can't connect to the facebook website at all; all other websites connect fine.?

On my home computer, for the last week, I haven't been able to even connect to facebook's website at all. Any other site I go to works fine. I use firefox and it says "connection timed out." I've also tried using IE to connect, another computer in my house, and my cell phone, all with no luck. My neighbor that I share a driveway with can connect at his house, though. What can I do to fix this?
I reset my modem, which wanted my computer to reinstall my internet, but once I did, it worked! Thanks!

In your address bar instead of typing
in http://www.facebook.com type this in: 69.63.189.11

Then its something to do with your internet and not your devices. so i would set your router back to default settings or check if its being blocked in your routers settings.
