Why is 1 (out of 3) of our facebook accounts locking up on our computer?

We have 3 accounts & on one of them after logging in nothing else can be done. I thought it was the computer but my son (who is having the problem) just got a brand new computer & it's doing the same thing. His account works when he's at other places, just not when he's home.
