Recently some human rights activist who is also an advocate was arrested in Hyderabad for a similar matter.

yes, it is a cyber crime. Police will arrest you if she made a complain.

Be careful...
 If she provides a proof of it and goes to police (which you said is lame), that might get you arrested for abusing... but if you are sure that the girl will not do so, you need not worry about it... But just be Careful... You never know when people change... ha ha... Not a serious crime though, It will be put under Cyber Crime... Hope this helps... Regards, Avinash |
