It was the comment "dem tits" to troll somebody and he says he's gonna find my ip and put me in prison he lives in australia and im on the other side of the world I deactivaded my account for deletion but is that enough?

Here's what you have to do:
You have to find him. Go to Australia under a different alias. Find out where he lives, befriend him, and gain access to his house. Once you're in, gain his trust. Don't make any stupid comments about "dem ****". Get his Facebook password and use his account to make a stupid comment so that someone tries to put him in prison so that he completely forgets about pursuing you. Now you've got him cornered. get rid of all evidence that you logged onto his Facebook and be off on your merry way to America. You're home-free.

You can just see through his bullshit and know he can't touch you. It's not like he's not a federal agent of Australia.
