there is no difference. if you are logged in then you are active now. doesnt matter if you are from a mobile phone or a desktop or a laptop or a tablet.

"on mobile" means they are using facebook on their mobile and "active now" means they are active now on facebook.

Active Now: Logged into Facebook from a browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc).
Mobile: Logged into Facebook / Facebook Messenger on their mobile device, which doesn't mean they are active since for most people, FB is connected permanently on their mobile devices (like me, but it doesn't mean I have my phone 24/7 in my pockets).
