Reported Facebook photo?

I have reported a photo of a dog being grabbed by it's throat and about to be punched. I reported it several times and every time, Facebook ignored it and said there was nothing wrong with the photo. ARE THEY BLIND??!! How can I get in touch with Facebook without reporting again to have it removed?

Copy the URL and send it to PETA, the ASPCA ...to every animal rights group you can think of. Just google "Animal rights group" (without the quotes) and start clicking the "contact" links on their pages (sometimes "contact" is at the bottom of the page) and send them all the URL. And good for you!
