Did he delete his account?

So about a month ago I deleted this guy off Facebook and in the past month I've looked at his profile a few times even though he's still deleted from my friends. This morning I went to look at his profile and it said that the page is broken or has been removed. I asked my friend who doesn't know him to check his profile to see if he's actually deleted it and she said that the same thing came up on hers saying "the page is broken or has been removed".

he either deleted it or just deactivated it (they are different things)

or facebook suspended it for some reason, like maybe he was lying about his name or his age, or had created more than one account
