Can i change my name on facebook after i reach a limit to change name?

i try to change my name on facebook but i get this onel while trying to change my name...You can't update your name right now
because you've already changed it too many
times...how can i change my name after limit reach?

you cant change it after the limit - that's why it's called a limit

if you could still change it after the limit then there would be no purpose to having a limit in the first place

besides, facebook requires you to always use your real name

Yes, you can change even after the limit. You need to upload a copy of your government-issued photo ID so that facebook team can confirm that this is your real name. Go to the link below for the procedure.

Go to Account Settings -> Name -> Edit -> Full Name -> You will be given a List of names that you used before, select any one of them
Now Go to Security tab which is on the Top left of the Page
Click on Deactivate your account
Facebook will ask you "What is the Reason for Leaving"
In that field select "My account was Hacked"
It will shows an option "You can Secure your account Here" Click on it and Enter necessary Details

It is very rare for asking "Change Account Name" if you got this option you can change the name
