Why can't I use my uploaded photo as my cover photo?
On Facebook some of the photos I uploaded from my phone won't let me use them for my cover photo, some of them will let me use it for my cover photo. What gives?

It won't let you if the pic is too big. And, it will stretch it if it's too small.

Open the pic in a photo editing software like Paint.net and resize it to the correct size.
