Facebook app for iphone?

My wife recently got a hold of my iphone while I was sleeping.She freaked out because I viewed some girls pictures. Viewed. I did not comment or like the pictures. How can she even tell what pictures I viewed hours later?
Its not under the activity log because I only viewed them. I didn't share them or like them.

She clicked on your profile and went to 'activity stream' and saw what you looked at. The activity stream is like a cache, of history, of what you searched for, comments, likes, and messages.
