How do I change privacy settings for groups on facebook?

Every time I 'like' or post a comment on a group page all my friends receive a notification. How do I stop this?

Go to privacy setting and customize.

if you arent the group owner, then you cant change it

and there is no setting in your account that prevents your friends from seeing your open group posts

the only thing you can do is add people to your restricted list to hide your activity from them
