Facebook question? Possibly hacked???? HELP?

Ok, so i logged on to my facebook and i like to change my password every so often just so i wont have to worry about getting hacked, but now things are different. I was changing my password when i noticed that it said i was logged on from Phoenixville, PA, but i live in New jersey and have never been to that part of PA in my life. I think i might know who did it, but what should i do? I already changed my password, but is there any other safety precautions I cant take?

your email address that's connected to facebook make sure you change that one because people can get into your email through facebook also, so if your haven't done it do it asap
