How come my activities on Facebook are not showing up on my activity?

Now when i like a photo or like and comment on a status it does not appear on my activity log. Also when i send someone a friend request it doesn't appear either. Can someone tell me why it's doing this and how can i change to the way it's supposed to be?

This is happens from today.

The activity like commenting and liking showing a bit late.

Be patient may be they are doing some changing on facebook.
