Facebook won't send me a confirmation code?

I have an LG Cosmo 2 from Verizon. I have actually had face book for about two months but one time on Friday when I was on facebook it just randomly said you must log in to continue. and it logged me out. so I logged back in and it said they think my account might not be real. I have done some research on why they might think that, some people said it had to do with instagram, which I do have. I also have another facebook account that got deactivated. I don't think I can reactivate it though, because my dad now has facebook using that email address. Anyway they said I need to verify my account and they're going to send me a confirmation code to my cell. I have given them my phone number to send me a confirmation code, but they haven't sent me one. I don't have Facebook on my phone, does this have anything to do with it? It's been four days and I'm trying to be patient but I just think I did something wrong. The whole thing about texting "f" or "fb" or "on" to 32665 didn't work for me either. Is there any way I can get them to send me a confirmation email instead maybe? Any help would be appreciated.

Send F to 32665. You should resend it. In my case I had to send it 4 times.
