Social media answer. Competitor is hurting my business. What can I do?

A competitor is posting lies all over the place online. She has even started a blog (without mentioning it's herself) and referring business to herself and spreading lies about other like businesses.

How can I combat this? She is vary crafty about keeping herself off the radar.

How I know it's her is mostly due to her choice of words while doing her post. She uses old material repeatably. Again, how do I combat this?

get other ppl to recognize how good your business is.
This might even increase sales because now there's someone who says ppl shouldn't buy from you and some ppl who say that ppl should buy from you. Other ppl will chip in there money to see if its good or bad so they can take a side to the argument.
