The best thing to do is permanently delete your account.
Go to your account settings, then deactivate, you then can delete it permanently.

Just simple things you have to do - Deactivate your account and forget password. Or else after deactivating your account give your friend your user id and password of facebook account. tell he/she to change your password and deactivate your account again so that you cannot even log in again and activate your account.
