I do not think that it will affect your reputation. Somehow your friends will definitely ask the reason for deleting that post.

Depends on why you deleted it.
Was it an offensive or useless post?
Then no doesn't affect you.
Was it a useful post, question, or pointing out some flaw of your page?
Then yeah it just might.
