Facebook privacy help?

Is there any way I can make it so everything on my timeline is invisible (besides stuff im tagged in/photo changes), but when i make a status it will be visible to everyone on the feed but wont be able to see it on my timeline?

Why would you want this. Facebook is a social networking site. You cannot just fiddle with settings to get them to your taste. Use what they have implemented into Facebook and be done with it.
