hello i need help please... i blocked someone and then i unblocked them but i need block them asap....... but i have to wait 48 hours i cant wait that long they need to be block NOW!!!

you have to wait the 48 hours - there is no way around it

facebook does this on purpose, because of people who abuse the block feature
