FaceBook Page Question - Apps and Downloading Links (Own Page)?

First Question -
I would like to make a page in relation to fitness, and would like to include a body fat calculator as an option. And as far as i have researched i think you would need an app im guessing. If anybody knows how i could do it, such that people following the page can enter the required details and get an estimate of their body fat.
2 calculations are required one for a man and one for a woman.

Second Question -
My second page is in relation to A Level Study references,notes, study tips and discussions. And i want to include download links to notes that i would like to put up. But i want it in such a way that the links become available after a person as liked the page. Could you please tell me how I can do that?
