Facebook isnt working today?

i dont know why, but today, out of the blue, facebook (alone) just stopped working. the internet connection is fine, and all other websites work fine, too. its just when i type facebook.com into the url box thing, the website doesnt load at all. on my phone, messages wont load, too. what is this? Can anyone help?

It does it often so don't panic turn off it phone and back on if u leave fb on over night as well n not log out that will b the cause of problem
