How to get more followers on instagram?

So I have instagram and I have around 350 followers but I'd like to get more, I do heaps of shoutouts and follow a fair few people. How can I 'buy' more followers?
If you have instagram give me a SHOUTOUT or something, I really need some assistance.

DONT buy followers! The only thing they do is give you FAKE followers. Robots. Tags and funny pictures give you more followers. Download the free app called tagsforlikes and they give you popular tags etc.

if you want followers i dont reccomend buying any theyre just robots and not worth the money but if you tag your pictures it helps alot
