How do u figure out if someone is on fb but doesnt respond?
This person was active on fb 2 days ago but it doesnt show that he saw my messages.Now it doesnt even show anything not even if he was active. If the person was on but turned off the chat am i gonna see if the message was seen? How to figure if they ignore me?

Yes it would've said that they saw it. They are probably not on

you cant figure out.....if they keeps chat offline then also u ll not know about it..sent private msg...if they respond back then u can realize it.
